Vivekanand Adarsha Milan Mandir (VAMM) is an affiliate of the world renowned charitable foundation Ramkrishna Mission. It provides educational support for underprivileged children in South Kolkata. For instance, VAMM runs night school sessions to assist students in keeping up with the curriculum and to prevent drop-outs. VAMM also provides vocational training in subjects such as fabric printing, tailoring, typing, screen printing, and computer literacy. MedhaUSA’s funds pays the for the rent of the tutorial facilities and the midday meals.
